Antique Original ARCADE ROYAL Embossed Tin. & Cast Iron Coffee Grinder w Pat. Beautiful and very rare Arcade Royal coffee grinder in wonderful As Found condition. The upper tin canister with cast iron base is deeply embossed with a lovely floral pattern. The canister has a rich deep patina and has the appearance of tooled leather.

I've had several over the years and this is the first that hasn't been repainted. The tin lid is an expertly crafted replacement. The inside of the rim has been lined (with painters tape) for a snug fit. The cast iron catch cup is original to the grinder. The grinder came to me from an elderly gentleman who made a nice oak plaque to properly display this Royal grinder.

The plaque is unstained and would benefit from a satin polyurethane finish. I'll leave that decision to the next owner of this great coffee grinder.
