1800's X-RAY ARCADE Antique Coffee Grinder. This one came off the wall of a real hillbilly log cabin in the Appalachian Mountains!
It was used and had fallen apart and so.. I only did asthetics repairs to this one, because it has been used alot. And with this it retains much of it's nostalgic value. It is fully functional but the catch cup is custom made. It has been thoroughly cleaned (but not tested) and it's baked enamel will provide easy care. The fill port swivel top may not be original, but as you may find it difficult to find one of these at all...It's finger jointed bean hopper and related wooden parts are clean and may be refinished as you like or. The handle is not cracked, but rather has a grain seperation that has been repaired. Again this woodwork is unfinished.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing this 1800's ARCADE X-RAY. YOU, wanna see the others I have here? Come take a walk through some interesting history with me.
Thanks for your interest PSYCHO.
