Antique Dated 1883 Iron, Brass & Porcelain Coffee Pepper Grinder Grinding Machine. Here is a superb antique coffee or pepper grinder. Made of thick iron and brass, with a porcelain knob handle. Iron body is painted black, original paint is retained. Dated up front, on the brass plaque - 1883. Brass rosette ornaments on the sides. The drawer handle acts as a lock when turned up. 9.5" high, the body itself is 5" x 5" without handle, the handle arm is 6.5" long. Weighs about 3.5 lbs. Condition: Very Good overall; Please see photos below. Nice patina, developed over time.
