Antique Beduin Coffee Mortar with Pestle. Al-Mehbash is a hollow wooden bowl made from tree trunks, the best of which are made from Al Buttom tree where the wood is buried two years in the ground to avoid cracking in future. After getting wood out of the ground, the Qadoom (adze) is used to manufacture Al Mehbash. Then it is painted by colors most of which are dark.
