Antique CAST-IRON COFFEE MILL GRINDER. Manufactured c1880 in PHILADELPHIA USA.

Marked on the inside of the wheels "Enterprise MFG Co philadelphia USA " and New Britain Conn. H38 cm x W25 cm(without handle and screw). 27,5 cm Wheel Diameter. The condition is good, but used.

Antique items have spots of use and age. The grinding goes smoothly with nice coffee powder.

The coffee grinder is repainted and cleaned. It is handpainted so it is not perfect, but that is handcraft...

Unique and one of a kind. The wooden drawer, bottomboard and handles are replaced. The grinder can be used daily, but for display it is also very gorgeous piece. The Enterprise Manufacturing Company, founded in Philadelphia in 1864, was one of the leading makers of both large and small coffee grinders. Enterprise made heavy-duty grinders for grocers, retailers, and wholesalers.
