CAST IRON METAL, CERAMIC BODY, AND THICK GLASS. WALL MOUNTED WITH EXTENDED CRANK HANDLE.

Right below the crank center there are the letters B T E. " "A S is embossed on the metal and on the top of the clear glass receptacle. ROUND WOODEN TOP FOR THE CERAMIC BODY. I can't locate another example and have no other information.
