Beautifully restored tall wooden lap mill made by the Arcade Company. Model number 999 and can be referenced in the Macmillan Index on page 51. Drawer bottom is solid wood.

Grind adjustment is made turning knob just above handle. Box measures 5 1/2" square x 7" high. Overall height including handle is approximately 11 1/4. Bean hopper complete with sliding lid.

Box was repaired and refinished using several coats of MinWax Satin varnish and hand-polished to a soft luster with 0000 steel wool and paste wax. Grinder mechanism was disassembled and cleaned using a wire brush. Decorative pattern on handles and hopper lid. Felt feet were added after refinishing.
