Lehnartz, Porcelain Coffee Grinder, Wall Mount, 1920s or 1930s. Very good shape for age. No chips or cracks in the porcelain or the glass catch jar. The grinder housing paint is worn and chipped in places, but it looks nice overall.
The wood is solid, but the finish is also worn in places. Some handwriting on the back in a language I do not recognize. CAL Rooster plaque has "Qualitats Marke Geschm Werk" on it. I believe this translates to "Quality Brand Gem Work". This is a very nice example of an early pre-war coffee mill.It will make a great addition to your coffee bar or country kitchen decor! Questions welcomed and feedback appreciated. For other coffee/java items and just fun ones. This item is in the category "Collectibles\Kitchen & Home\Small Appliances\Coffee Grinders".
