Rare Ampia Garanzia Cast Iron Coffee Grinder Italian Model # 00 14 tall. This original condition, iron and wood Italian coffee mill was manufactured by Ampia Garanzia around 1890. It is model 00 and stands 14? The lower base measures 7? The upper base measures 6" x 4 1/2". The top drawer has no bottom, the lower base has a hole under the bottomless drawer that allows the grounds to drop into the (missing) lower drawer. We believe the lower oak base was factory made/option but we are not experts on this item. We think this may have been wired as a lamp as there is a threaded knob on the rear mount and a small hole in the base.
