50 Excelsior Mill Double Grinder, manufactured by Peck, Smith M'F'G Co between 1819 and 1870 the company merged with the S. Stow Manufacturing Company in 1870. It measures approximately 7 1/2" wide across the top (not including the handle), 7" deep, and 9 1/2 tall to the top of the handle. It has some obvious wear from age and use. The handle turns fine without resistance.
